Sammamish FC is proud to congratulate Dante Hansen on his commitment to play NCAA Division II soccer at Saint Michael's College.

Dante is a senior and captain at Mount Si High School and plays his youth club soccer with Crossfire. He earned two Player of the Match awards with Sammamish FC, more than any other defender during the Fall season.

"I'm really excited for the opportunity to compete at the next level and keep developing as a player. I'm looking forward to the intensity of college soccer and pushing myself every day," Dante said.

Manager Amin Sidialicherif added, "Dante came into the group at the end of last summer and quickly grew into a key defensive presence during our UPSL season. He plays with a maturity well beyond his years, and I am super stoked to see what he does in the college game."

"Competing in the UPSL has given Dante valuable experience in men's football that will translate well into college soccer. Sammamish FC aims to be a platform for local talent like Dante to continue progressing and maximize their potential."

Saint Michael's College, located in Vermont, competes in NCAA Division II and is known for its strong team culture and highly competitive program. The Purple Knights play in the Northeast 10 Conference, one of the top conferences at the Division II level.
